Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received.

Payments: Pay via BSB or PayID.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Payments are non-refundable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.

Before Your Session: Arrives no more than 10 mins early. Stay hydrated and wear comfy clothes.
